Social Director - Jerk Magazine

I joined the Jerk Magazine social media team in January 2023 and was selected to be the Social Director on the executive board in the Fall of 2024. As a team member, I learned about Jerk's Branding and copyright, which prepared me to take on a larger role in the organization.

I manage a five-person team, and we create content for Instagram and TikTok. We focus on promoting the print publication and digital website but also create content related to what's happening on campus or cultural trends.

In addition to delegating assignments to my team and meeting with the rest of the executive board, I edit content the video team shoots for posting, take photos, conduct trend research, and manage account analytics.
